Terms of Service

Version 2026-01-01 · last updated 1 January 2026 · BYKK.trades

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BYKK.trades online trading course platform (the Service). By creating an account you enter into a binding agreement with BYKK.trades. If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase educational services in your country of residence. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing trading education is lawful where you live.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials, or allowing another person to use your account, is a material breach of these terms.
  • We record the IP address of each login. This is used for security, fraud prevention and the content-protection measures described in section 7.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

  • The Service is sold as a recurring subscription in two tiers, Common and Pro, billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Payment is taken at the start of each billing period and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; access continues until that date and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Receipts, invoices and other legally significant billing documents are generated and issued by Stripe on our behalf, emailed to you, and available in the billing portal linked from your account page.
  • If a payment fails, access continues during the retry period Stripe applies. If all retries fail, the subscription lapses and access ends.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to stream lesson content within that period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the digital content has been supplied, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the course content for your own education while your subscription is active. You may not:

  • download, record, re-stream, mirror or redistribute any video or written material;
  • remove, obscure or tamper with watermarks or access tokens;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical access control;
  • use the content to train machine-learning models or to build a competing product;
  • resell, sublicense or share access with anyone else.

7. Watermarking and content protection

To deter unauthorised redistribution, the Service applies a visible personal watermark to lesson pages and to the video player. The watermark displays:

  • your first and last name;
  • the email address registered to your account;
  • the IP address from which you are viewing the lesson.

Videos are streamed with domain restrictions, and playback requires a short-lived access token that is issued only after your subscription is verified and that is bound to your account and network address.

If watermarked material is found in circulation outside the Service, we may use the information it contains to identify the source account, suspend it without refund and pursue the remedies available to us in law. You consent to this processing when you register; see the Privacy Policy for the legal basis and your rights.

8. Educational content only — no investment advice

The Service provides education. Nothing in it is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a broker, an investment firm or a licensed financial adviser, and we do not manage money on your behalf. Any results, examples or historical performance shown are illustrative and are not indicative of future results. See the Risk Disclosure for the risks involved.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (including our video host and payment processor) and events beyond our reasonable control may cause downtime.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, in particular sections 3 and 6. Where the breach involves redistributing content, no refund is due. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@example.com.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYKK.trades is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BYKK.trades is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and by a version bump shown at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted at registration is recorded against your account.
