Risk Disclosure

Version 2026-01-01 · last updated 1 January 2026 · BYKK.trades

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all invested capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Educational content only

Everything published by BYKK.trades is educational material. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a licensed broker, investment firm or financial adviser, and we do not manage money for students.

2. Leverage magnifies losses

Leveraged products — including CFDs, futures, options, margin trading and perpetual swaps — move your profit and loss by a multiple of the capital you commit. A small adverse move can wipe out your position and, with some products and brokers, leave you owing more than you deposited. Published industry figures consistently show that most retail accounts trading CFDs lose money.

3. Past performance is not indicative of future results

Charts, backtests, historical examples and any results shown in lessons are illustrative. Backtested or hypothetical results carry inherent limitations, including hindsight bias and the absence of real execution costs, slippage and liquidity constraints.

4. Market, liquidity and counterparty risk

Prices can gap through your stop level, markets can become illiquid, and brokers or exchanges can fail, freeze withdrawals or be subject to regulatory action. Cryptocurrency markets in particular trade continuously, are highly volatile and are unevenly regulated.

5. Your decisions are your own

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. Before trading, consider your objectives, experience and risk appetite, and seek independent advice from a licensed professional if you are in any doubt.

6. Taxes and local rules

Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and jurisdiction, and may change. Some products and venues are restricted or prohibited in some countries. Check your local rules before trading.
